A Few Frequently Asked Q’s
What do I need to have ready?
1 week prior to your scheduled Designer Day you’ll need to submit all copy and images that we will need for the project. Don’t worry, we’ll send a reminder email so you don’t forget!
Do you offer payment plans for Designer Days?
We are willing to accommodate a payment plan if needed, however your balance must be paid in full prior to your scheduled Designer Day. Please email us at hello@spechtand.co prior to booking for if this is something you’d like to arrange.
What dates/times are available?
Generally we are available for Designer Days on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Please check our calendar using the scheduler above for the most current availability.
Can I reschedule my designer day?
When you schedule a Designer Day we expect you to stick to the day you’ve scheduled however we understand that emergencies happen and are willing to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible if you will need to reschedule.
What do I do during my Designer Day?
At the start of your Designer Day we’ll meet for 15-30 mins on Zoom to touch base, go over last minute details, and kickoff your day. You’ll also be added to our Slack team for the day, and will need to be available to review drafts and answer questions in a timely manner. Other than that, how you spend your time is totally up to you!
What if we don’t finish my project?
We pride ourselves on accurately estimating what we can get done in a day, so this doesn’t happen often. If it does, we’ll work with you to either schedule an additional block of time to finish your project, walk you through how to wrap up loose ends on your own, or find another solution that works for both of us.
Can you design a full brand or website in a Designer Day?
Our branding and web design process has been very carefully crafted and it’s pretty time intensive, so those projects wouldn’t fit into a Designer Day. If you’re interested in branding and web designer services, download our service guide here to learn more about how that process works.
